Yes, I do think that the power of love is the most important human quality because without love you have anything to love and life would simply be full of hate, or with no emotions.
I do agree that the power to love is the most important human quality. I think this because the main goal in life is to find happiness. Love is the best form of happiness. Love motivates people do very good things. Without love every human is like a useless robot. I think that Chief Dan George is right. I thought that this essay was very well written, but there are some things I didn't like. I didn't like how every sentence was kind of just repeating something about love. I do like how he told us about his culture. Over all this was a great short story.
I honestly agree with Chief Dan George. I believe love is one of human beings strongest abilities. Love can create problems and solutions. Every person loves, whether it is a person, animal, or thing. Love shapes the human mind, too. Secondly, Chief Dan George's opinion also forced me to look through someone else's perspective. I totally agree with this statement. Without the power of love, we humans would be cold creatures, with no sense of compassion or forgiveness. I feel that love is the basis of all positive character trait. This is the one trait that differentiates us from other animals. When looking at the entire essay, I thought that if anything, it was very honest and true. Modern society has demolished the lands of the Native Americans, and disrupted and nearly destroyed their culture. We have nearly wiped away their existence. Maggie S.
No. I think that love is part of our main quality, but communication in general is most important. Without communication, we can't love, laugh, see things that we see everyday, do things that we do every day, and enjoy things that we enjoy everyday. We would have no friends, nor would we have school, restaurants, shops, language, fun, or comfort. Love is powerful, but is not the most powerful

Then, I asked myself," Would I be like Chief George?" And that answer would be yes. I don't have as strong feelings as Chief Dan George does, but I understand.
I agree completely with Chief Dan George. I believe that that if we work as hard as we do, and give no time for love, we will have defeated the purpose of life. Us humans all have the ability to love, and we reserve that love for special people, and give others cruelty and hatred. I think this ties in with the Nolan Ryan story because it talks about how modern society's intelligence has gotten to it's head, and it has become greedy and selfish, and it is written by someone like Nolan Ryan. In conclusion, this is one of my favorite pieces of literature I have ever read.

I agree that the strongest power on earth is the power of love. I think it's wrong that we're taking their space and taking their culture. Now that the world is becoming more modern with technology, all of the Native Americans can't live the way they want to. If we just slow down a bit and let them be, we could learn to love mother nature like they do, we could all take a step further.

Love is the start of new beginnings, such as marriage and family, and love can guide you through life, like a flashlight in a grim forest. I believe that Chief Dan George is correct. I didn't appreciate how Chief Dan George was criticizing the modern society. However, now I realize that he had a right to criticize us; we were destroying his culture. Therefore, love is the most important human quality.

When someone dies that is close to you, and you don't feel sad. That would be terrible. Having the power to love means that you care about them and if you have no feelings you couldn't LOVE and be affectionate for someone. I do like how Chief Dan George told us about his lifestyle and his thoughts about people and modern society.
